The following is a page from one of the lessons in my new workshop. It’s something I teach in my retreats and students often say it’s worth the whole price of the retreat.
I think this is the most important thing I ever teach anybody, because it can be an art life changer.

It’s definitely more friendly and it works for me. My problem comes in when I don’t listen or rush to the finish line, take a photo of my finished page and see how far off something is once I see it on my computer screen. Still, I don’t worry much about it since I’ve pretty much just done journal work up to now. I would like to do some work to put on my wall whether in acrylic or watercolor but then it will matter a tad more. Maybe. I just don’t tend to be one who worries overmuch. I can always paint another one right?
I love this! It’s giving me permission to experiment and make mistakes. I wonder what would happen if I did this….. or added this…. or used this…. Isn’t that one of the best ways to learn?
Super inrtamfoive writing; keep it up.
